What does people dislike in SocialPilot
Though a lot of people have praised the tool for its simplicity yet some have faced issues while using the mobile app. Seems, their mobile app is not much user-friendly and people need to spend time to adapt to it.
However, most of the reviews were answered by SocialPilot owing up to its actions. It makes a really good impression to know that the company is responsive and is ready to work on the customer pain points.
One of the users was so convinced and happy about SocialPilot that he left a review which gives a true insight: “Social Pilot allows you to managing multiple social media accounts for clients. You can categorize clients into groups and post common content to their pages all in one go. Their white label client login feature allow your clients to provide their social media credentials easily in one simple page. No more chasing clients for login and passwords. The content feeds allow you to schedule content in advance and post common content to groups. You can also create different schedules for each client. The best part is the price, I used to use HootSuite for my clients, but since I started using Social pilot, I never looked back.”
One of the users who was unhappy with the services posted their review on G2Crowd that: “There is limited functionality in what it can do for social media researching, such as highlighting key terms related to the industry of work in a Twitter feed.”

I've used SocialPilot to manage social media accounts of my clients. It has some good features but I feel that there dashboard is slow. The reason can be that I'm using there lowest plan.
Social Pilot is very easy to use and bulk scheduling feature is amazing. Additional feature of url shortening with integration of Bitly is what I like most.
